Jerry Zaro

Jerold L. Zaro is a prominent figure with a diverse background in public service, law, and business, having served as the Chief of the New Jersey Office of Economic Growth under Governors Jon S. Corzine and Chris Christie.

With a strong focus on Corporate, Banking, Finance, Real Estate, and Government Relations, Mr. Zaro's career spans various leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to his public service, he was the President and Managing Partner at Ansell Zaro Grimm and Aaron, overseeing departments in Commercial Real Estate and Finance & Banking.

His legal career commenced as a judicial secretary in the Superior Court of Monmouth County, under the Honorable Thomas F. Shebell, Jr., before he ventured into public administration.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Zaro actively contributed to New Jersey's economic development, creating job opportunities, enhancing the business climate, and preventing the relocation of jobs outside the state.

Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing initiatives like the Real Estate Advisory Board, the Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Act, and the Patent Bank, highlighting his commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment in New Jersey.
