Jerome Roth

Jerry Roth is a prominent attorney and partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he has worked for nearly 30 years. He specializes in complex international litigation, arbitration, mediation, and corporate investigations. Roth has extensive experience representing a diverse range of clients, including major corporations like Berkshire Hathaway, LinkedIn, and PepsiCo, as well as individual executives in high-stakes legal matters.12

Before joining Munger, Tolles & Olson, Roth served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, focusing on white-collar crime and earning two awards from the Department of Justice.
