Jerry Johnson

Jerry L. Johnson is the Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations at EnPro Industries, Inc., a company specializing in engineered products. He joined EnPro in September 2020, succeeding Chris O'Neal in this role.34

Before his tenure at EnPro, Johnson was a founding member and partner at RLJ Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and served as an Operating Executive with The Halifax Group. His career spans over 25 years in finance and consulting, including significant roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and McKinsey & Company.12

Johnson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has received several accolades, including the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service during his time as a White House Fellow under President George W. Bush.1
