Jerry Darko

Jerry Darko is a seasoned technology M&A investment banker with a strong educational background. He pursued his Bachelors in Physics and Math at Macalester College, followed by a Masters in Applied Finance at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Technology Commercialization from the University of Southern California.

Currently, Jerry Darko holds the esteemed position of Managing Director & Partner in Technology Investment Banking at William Blair. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at organizations like Raymond James, Morgan Keegan Technology Group, and The Gores Group. His comprehensive journey also includes roles as a Private Equity Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, and serving on the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Macalester College.
