Jerry 🇲🇾

Jerry Chong is a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Candidate at Tsinghua University, with a background in Digital Transformation and Intercultural Management. He is an Industry Mentor at Data Analytics Consultancy Network and has experience as an Ex-Accenture Consultant.

Jerry is a technology enthusiast with a focus on Internet of Things (IoT) and 5G. He is an experienced Full Stack Engineer proficient in building web and mobile apps across various cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Alibaba Cloud. He holds certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Alibaba Cloud.

Throughout his career, Jerry has contributed to Forbes Global 500 digital transformation projects, specializing in helping organizations adopt cloud technologies and best practices. He has worked on projects related to Internet of Things (IoT) and financial industry payment systems.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jerry is actively engaged in community service. He dedicates his free time to Open Source Projects (OSS) and serves as a Wikipedia Editor, Google Map Editor, and Facebook Place Editor, impacting local communities in Malaysia. Previously, he volunteered as the Secretary of a local resident association, addressing community issues for neighborhood improvement and promoting healthier living.

Jerry's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Tsinghua University, a Certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of Virginia, and a Certificate in Intercultural Management from ESCP Business School. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
