With extensive experience leading high-performance teams, Jerry spearheaded the transformation of GSK Global IT Service, reducing the operating budget by 80% while improving service levels. As the driving force behind a "Made-in-Canada" global web-based workflow solution, Jerry provided P&L oversight and accountability to over 80 countries and 25k customers. Jerry is not only a successful entrepreneur but also creates and leads programs impacting students in Ontario, including Flourish, which brings business and students together to solve real-world business problems. An accomplished board member and collaborator, Jerry has created and led various communities, including Innovation Culture, Lean Startup, Healthcare, and Social Housing Innovations in Africa.
