Jerry Bai is an accomplished PE/VC professional with a strong engineering background and industrial experience. He is currently serving as a Managing Partner at Glory Ventures, where he manages a cross-border VC fund focused on IOT/AI. Jerry is experienced in deal analysis and execution and has a dedicated interest in early/growth stage investment opportunities in high tech. Prior to his current role, Jerry served as an Investment Director at Infinity Equity Group, where he honed his skills in strategic finance. He also has experience as an Engineer/Project Manager at CHINA AEROSPACE SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY CORPORATION.

Jerry's educational background is also impressive. He studied for an International MBA (cooperated with MIT) in Strategy and Finance at 复旦大学 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Northeastern University (CN).
