Currently, Jérôme holds a significant role as a member of the Crédit Agricole Assurances savings & retirement BU Managing Committee, overseeing a substantial client base of 6.5 million with a turnover of €15 billion in 2020. He serves as the Head of Performance, managing 3 teams and 25 individuals dedicated to ensuring business unit efficiency, strategic planning, P&L management, and projects portfolio management.
In his current capacity, Jérôme's responsibilities extend to driving the business development of partner banks, including Caisses Régionales Credit Agricole and LCL. His focus includes reporting, data visualization, and enhancing client portfolio development through data analysis.
