Jerome Downey is a highly accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial services, capital markets, and investment services industries. He is an expert in delivering innovative and scalable solutions that align with corporate growth strategy. A strategic transformation leader, Jerome has a proven track record of moving businesses off huge legacy tech stacks to newer and more nimble platforms. He has held CTO and CIO positions at top-tier firms such as JPMorgan Chase, Bear Stearns, and Helios. More recently, Jerome has focused on retail and consumer mobile applications delivered on cloud infrastructure. He was the COO and Founder of 3Forge and the CTO of SmartFinance LLC. His current role is CIO at Trade Informatics where he partners with CEOs to drive delivery across the organization. Jerome is a graduate of St John's College where he studied BA. He thrives when working with organizations that encounter persistent change in order to stay competitive.
