Jeroen van Dalen is the Director and Chief Product Officer at Integral, a company focused on leadership development and diagnostics. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and IT and has a rich entrepreneurial background, having founded three companies, two of which were in the Netherlands. His ventures have reached hundreds of thousands of users across four continents.

At Integral, Jeroen is responsible for transforming the company from a traditional diagnostics and leadership development organization into a digital platform that offers leadership development services throughout Australia and Asia. He has also contributed to product development, including the launch of an AI Coach aimed at improving leadership capabilities.1 2 3

In addition to his role at Integral, Jeroen lectures on entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity at St Catherine’s College, University of Western Australia. He is passionate about coaching and consulting to help individuals and organizations achieve their best performance.1 3
