Jeroen Cramer

Jeroen Cramer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consultancy, project management, retail, training, and coaching.

Having acquired a gymnasium-diploma from Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet in Den Haag in 1998, Jeroen went on to graduate cum laude with a Baccalaureus in Human Resource Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Throughout his career, Jeroen held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as an HR Leadership and Development Advisor at Lidl Nederland. Previously, he contributed as a Project Manager for Sales and trained as a Rayon Manager at Lidl Nederland.

Prior to his tenure at Lidl, Jeroen held managerial positions at A.S. Watson Health & Beauty Benelux, where he excelled as a District Manager, Trainer, Junior District Manager, and Filial Manager. He also garnered experience as a Recruiter at Nationale-Nederlanden.
