Jermel Watkins

Jermel Watkins is a highly educated and experienced professional with a background in Life Sciences and Molecular & Cellular Pharmacology. He received his Bachelor's degree from the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury and went on to earn his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Stony Brook University.

Throughout his career, Jermel has held several positions in academic and research institutions. Currently, he is the Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Biological Sciences at Hampton University. In the past, he has also served as an Assistant Professor and Chair of the same department.

Jermel has also worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at Dowling College and as an Adjunct Professor at American Public University System and Suffolk County Community College. He has also held positions as a Molecular Biologist and Educator at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and as Director of Science at Unlock The Possibilities Foundation Inc.

Jermel's expertise lies in the fields of Biology, Molecular & Cellular Biology, Life Sciences, and Pharmacology. He has a rich experience of teaching, researching, and bringing new discoveries to the forefront of science.
