Jeri Harman

Jeri Harman is a seasoned executive, investor, and entrepreneur with a strong background in building teams and markets for major institutional investors.

She has founded and successfully led a private asset management business and held board roles in over 20 middle market companies across various industries in the U.S.

Currently serving as Founder & Chair of Avante Capital Partners, a private credit and structured equity fund managing over $900 million in assets, she also chairs NN, Inc. and serves on the board of Engineered Performance Technologies.

Ms. Harman is known for providing strategic advice on growth, management, acquisitions, and financial matters, with expertise in finance, M&A, and capital markets.

She is a sought-after speaker at conferences nationwide on topics related to finance, M&A, and capital markets.
