Responsibilities included business case development and prioritization of product enhancements. Led cross-functional groups including sales, marketing, support and clients in developing and prioritizing product offerings. Led and directed User and Focus groups to ensure client centric development efforts and priorities.

Conducted and developed new product pricing, promotion and packaging and launch activities. Developed sales tools to assist in sales presentation, product promotion, and training. Provided internal and client product communication. Conducted market research and analysis, developed collateral and web content, and provided field and inside sales support assistance. Managed the development of end-user training and application guides and materials.
