Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy Wilson is a seasoned legal professional with broad experience in various areas of law, including governance and SEC compliance, IPO and SPAC readiness, M&A transactions, finance and accounting, legal operations, ESG, and stakeholder management. He also has extensive experience in human resources, technology, wellness, and social good. Jeremy has worked in large public and private companies, spinoffs, and law firms. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law/Kellogg School of Management. Currently, Jeremy is the VP of Legal at TechStyleOS and previously held the same role at Fabletics, Senior Counsel at Activision Blizzard, and Director of Legal at JLL. He also worked as an associate in law firms Vedder Price and Winston & Strawn, and as a management consultant, field organizer, and senior business analyst in various organizations.
