Jeremy Schlarb

Jeremy Schlarb is a seasoned professional in materials engineering, with extensive experience in rubber formulation, mixing, and curing, as well as composite materials development, raw material approvals, and materials testing. With a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Findlay and a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Mathematics from Heidelberg College, Mr. Schlarb now leads and provides direction for the Materials Engineering team at Cooper's North America Technical Center. Previously, he has held positions such as Manager of Reinforcement Materials and TBR Compounding, Senior Chemist, and Materials Chemist at Cooper, where he developed an excellent track record in materials application research, development, and testing.

His expertise in rubber compound development for new products and tire manufacturing makes him a valuable asset to any team in the field. Mr. Schlarb’s strong background in materials engineering, combined with his business acumen, makes him an effective leader, capable of providing clear direction and strategic vision for his team.
