Jeremy Presser

Jeremy Presser is an accomplished executive and attorney with a wealth of experience in leading complex projects and managing policy issues in diverse environments including the private sector and the Obama White House.

Jeremy holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School where he graduated with distinction as a member of the Order of the Coif. He also earned an A.B. in Russian Area Studies from Dartmouth College, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

His professional journey includes roles such as Lead Product Counsel & Compliance and Former Lead Regulatory Counsel & Compliance at Plaid, as well as serving as a Vetting Attorney for the Biden-Harris Transition Team and as Vice President for Privacy and Enterprise Services at Capital One.

Jeremy has a solid background in public service having worked at various levels within The White House, including as a Senior Advisor to the Director and Deputy Chief of Staff at the National Economic Council, Principal Deputy Associate Counsel, and Deputy Associate Counsel.

Prior to his government service, he gained valuable experience as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP and as a Law Clerk in federal courts, contributing to his well-rounded expertise in legal matters.

Jeremy is known for his collaborative and approachable leadership style, building strong relationships at all organizational levels and tackling challenging problems head-on.
