Jeremy Moran is a highly experienced private chef with over 25 years in fine dining, specializing in classic Italian and French techniques. He has trained under master chefs in New York City and has a diverse culinary background.
With a focus on healthy food production, Jeremy excels in vegetarian and vegan cooking, always striving to exceed his principal employer's needs. He demonstrates leadership, management, and creativity in his daily work as a private chef.
Jeremy's responsibilities include daily ordering, inventory control, menu creation, meal preparation, food and wine pairing, and kitchen organization. He is now seeking to leverage his 17 years of expertise to support a new individual or family, bringing his classic cooking techniques and trendsetting presentations to the table.
In addition to his culinary expertise, Jeremy has studied at UMass Boston and holds a Cordon Bleu degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. He is also a certified yoga instructor from the Jivamukti Yoga School.
