Jeremy Jackson

Jeremy Jackson is a digital product expert with a strong background in product development, UX, graphic design, and web development since the mid-90s.

As the Director of Technology at Method and later as the Founder & CEO of Shift Lab, he has been instrumental in creating collaborative relationships between designers and technologists to produce user-driven digital experiences.

Based in NYC, Jeremy's 30-person team at Shift Lab focuses on leveraging creative technology to tackle complex challenges for clients including Microsoft, Facebook, Google, and Comcast, using machine learning, virtual reality, and cloud computing infrastructure.

His team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds in art, biology, genomics, design, and computer science, offering expertise in design-minded development, application development, CMS, e-commerce, mobile experiences, product strategy, UX design, and agile development.

Jeremy Jackson holds an MFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and a BS in Media Communications & Technology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Passionate about boating, fishing, SCUBA diving, and saltwater activities, Jeremy is also a dedicated father to three children.
