Jeremy Goldman

Jeremy Goldman is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in assisting clients ranging from start-ups to public companies in negotiating and structuring debt and capital raising transactions, as well as guiding them in the acquisition and divestment of shares and assets. He also specializes in structuring, registering, licensing, and safeguarding their intellectual property.

In a recent accomplishment, Jeremy represented BidEnergy in its back-door listing on the ASX via Cove Resources, facilitated by DLA Piper, with BidEnergy being advised by Cannacord and Cygnet Capital. He also played a key role in Market Engine's complex capital raising effort, securing investment from the Royal Mail Group, with legal support from HSF and Scintilla Capital.

Furthermore, Jeremy's expertise was instrumental in Allure Bathrooms' strategic capital raising, positioning the company for future growth by aligning with Aura Funds Management. He was also involved in notable cases like Scoopon v. Groupon, overseeing breach of trademark and passing off claims, and facilitating the sale of Rivers to Specialty Fashion Group.
