Jeremy Golan

Jeremy Golan is a results-oriented executive with over a decade of experience leading growth, large teams, and new initiatives.

Currently, Jeremy runs an impact-focused investment vehicle in East Africa, focusing on investing in climate-friendly agribusinesses and building new enterprises through a Venture Studio.

He is skilled in managing profit and loss for various businesses during launch and growth phases, including agricultural production and processing, retail, mass media, and commodity sourcing.

With a proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams with over 300 staff members and multiple direct reports, Jeremy emphasizes developing leaders and fostering an inclusive culture.

Jeremy studied BA in Economics at Haverford College and has held prominent positions in several organizations, including Managing Director at Smallholder Resilience Ventures - a subsidiary of One Acre Fund.

His previous roles at One Acre Fund include Senior Director at Rwanda Impact Ventures, Director at Rwanda Impact Ventures, Systems (Operations) Director, Systems (Operations) Lead, Financial Advisory Services Senior Manager, Financial Advisory Services Manager, and Strategy and Research Analyst.
