Jeremy Ginsberg is a seasoned engineering leader with 17 years of experience in Silicon Valley. He is known for successfully scaling organizations and teams, as evidenced by his roles as Vice President of Engineering at Twitter, where he managed over 200 employees across four locations and oversaw the generation of approximately $2.5 billion in revenue annually. He also served as the Head of Technology at Color, a top health startup with a market cap of $4 billion.
Ginsberg's engineering accomplishments include his founding of Google Flu Trends, a pioneering use of "big data" and search trend analysis for disease surveillance purposes, and his design and implementation of several large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines for cross-corpus search quality, consumer surveys, and time-series pattern matching. He holds an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, and he has lectured in Computer Science at Victoria University.
Currently, Ginsberg serves as the Managing Director at Gradient Advisors, offering strategic guidance and support to startups, and as a CTO-in-Residence and Operating Partner at Movac.
