Jeremy honed his social media strategy development and omnichannel marketing experience through his work as Senior Assistant Manager (Social Media) at Nanyang Technological University and his services as marketing strategy consultant at Lien Centre for Social Innovation. He has also gained expertise in copywriting, CRM management (Zoho, Salesforce), data analysis, and search engine optimization.
