Jeremy thrives on being strategic and hands-on, constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and try new things. As a leader, he values learning and growth, regardless of the team's size that he has led in the past.

On a personal note, Jeremy faced a significant challenge in October 2014 when he was involved in a motorcycle accident in San Francisco. Despite the ordeal taking over three years to recover, he never stopped working, learning, and evolving. This experience taught him invaluable lessons about resilience, self-discovery, and pushing his limits, even from a hospital bed.

After embarking on a road trip following an engagement that didn't lead to a new home, Jeremy made a bold decision to live full-time in an RV and kickstart his own company.
