Jeremy Abramson

Jeremy Abramson is a Senior Computer Scientist and Research Lead at the USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI), where he specializes in cybersecurity and data-driven approaches. He has been with ISI since 2013, initially serving as a Research Computer Scientist and later advancing to his current role in March 2022. His research interests include threat-actor attribution, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and sports analytics, among others.123

Education and Career

Dr. Abramson holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, where he also completed his Master’s degree. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis. Throughout his career, he has worked on various projects focusing on cybersecurity issues such as spearphishing detection, embedded device security, and resilient computing systems.23
