I helped launch and scale Stripe's Banking-as-a-Service infrastructure including Stripe Capital, Stripe Issuing, and Stripe Treasury. We partnered with global banks and financial institutions to expose their core capabilities as composable building blocks that can be accessed via APIs to create new financial services embedded in software. Example customers include Lightspeed Capital, Ramp, and Shopify Balance.

I built and led the Market Intelligence organization for Google Cloud covering customer insight, market research, and competitive intelligence across all aspects of cloud computing. My team built programs that spanned first and third-party research and ranged from qualitative (focus groups, in-depth interview, win-loss) to quantitative (large-scale longitudinal surveys, market share observability, unsupervised learning based market segmentation.)

We grew market share through cloud-first, mobile-first, and AI-first secular shifts in the category.

I managed teams of analysts, developed and executed project strategy, and presented study findings to clients. We didn't use this language back then, but today this function is commonly known as Data Science. Branding for the win.
