Jenya Shandina

Jenya Shandina holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.

With an extensive professional background, Jenya has served in various roles at esteemed organizations. Currently, she is the VP of Investing with Impact at Morgan Stanley.

Prior to her current position, Jenya held the position of Director of Investor Relations at One Acre Fund. She also served in roles such as Business Development and Investor Relations Senior Manager, Manager, and Inputs Team Manager at One Acre Fund.

Before her tenure at One Acre Fund, Jenya gained experience at organizations like Mercy Corps/Kompanion Microfinance Company as a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern, J.P. Morgan as a Private Bank Analyst, JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Audit Analyst, and Banca Intesa as an Audit Intern.

Jenya's diverse professional journey also includes a role as a Homestay Tour Coordinator at CDS International.

Her expertise spans across investing with impact, investor relations, business development, monitoring and evaluation, private banking, and audit. With her educational background in economics and international business relations, Jenya brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
