Jens Frederiksen

Jens Frederiksen is a highly educated professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government, a Master's degree in Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, all from Vanderbilt University.

He has a diverse background in academia and institutional management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Fisk University.

Prior to his current role, Jens Frederiksen held various key positions at Fisk University, including Senior Vice President of institutional advancement and enrollment management, as well as Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Strategic Development.

His professional experience extends beyond academia, having worked as a Consultant at the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

Jens Frederiksen has also shared his expertise as an educator, serving as an Associate Professor at Fisk University and holding Adjunct Professor and Instructor roles at Vanderbilt University and the University of the South.
