Jenny has a proven track record of success, having led initiatives that significantly contributed to violence prevention, terrorism prevention, partnership engagement, diversity in management, and equity in the grants process.

She is a pragmatic optimist who believes in achieving change through positive relationships, inspiration, and hard work.

Jenny holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Communication with a focus on Cross-Cultural Communications from American University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Florida.

Her career includes notable positions such as Director of CP3 (Acting) at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she played pivotal roles as Deputy Director, Associate Director, and Regional Coordinator at the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships.

Jenny also served as a Branch Chief, Interagency Coordination Officer at the National Counterterrorism Center and held positions at the Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties and the Private Sector Office within the US Department of Homeland Security.
