Jenny Juhl, MSML

Jenny Juhl is an accomplished non-profit operations and administrative director with a distinguished background in high-level strategy design and implementation. With a degree in Music Education from Sonoma State University and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry from Santa Rosa Junior College, Juhl has a diverse and compelling skill set. Her passion for personal connection and ability to inspire accountability and high performance has enabled her to thrive in numerous leadership positions. Juhl currently serves as Head Of Operations at Grounded, where her extensive experience is put to work. Prior to her current position, Juhl held multiple leadership roles, including Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, Development and Marketing Manager, Development Director and Community Relations Director. She has also worked as a Development Officer at Face to Face - Sonoma County AIDS Network, Administrator at Sonoma Bach, Music Instructor at Music To My Ears, Front Desk Agent at Bodega Bay Lodge and Spa, and Box Office Coordinator at Sonoma State University.
