Jenny Du is a highly experienced Materials Chemist whose expertise in the field has led to her current role as Vice President of Operations at Apeel Sciences. She holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry from Queen's University, where she also completed her Bachelor's of Science in Engineering Chemistry, with a professional internship.

Prior to joining Apeel Sciences, Jenny worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC Santa Barbara and as an Engineering Intern at DuPont Canada Research and Business Development Centre. Her extensive background and experience in the field have made her a valuable asset to the company.

During her time at Apeel Sciences, Jenny has held several important roles, including Director of Extraction Engineering and Vice President of Operations.
