Jenny Deeks

Jenny Deeks is a seasoned Director with over 20 years of experience in the community and education sectors. Her expertise lies in policy development, managing people, and implementing change. Presently, she holds the position of Director for Leadership & Management Curriculum at Corndel, focusing on nurturing the current and future leaders across various industries such as industry, retail, software, and the third sector.

With a diverse educational background, Jenny has honed her skills in leadership, mentoring, executive coaching, and education. She obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Theatre Direction from East 15 Acting School, Debden, Essex, and a Theatre Design BA from Central School of Art, Holborn, London. Additionally, she completed A Levels & AS Levels in various disciplines at South East Essex Sixth Form and holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training from NCFE.

Throughout her career, Jenny has held key positions in reputable organizations. She has served as the Director of Leadership Curriculum, Leadership & Management Content Lead, and Professional Development Expert at Corndel. Her experience also includes roles such as a QIP and QIM consultant at Barnados QI team, Head of Centre at Coin Street Community Builders, National Director at School-Home Support, and Executive Director at ContinYou, among others. Jenny's background also encompasses freelance work in theatre direction and design with various Repertory Companies and Middle Scale Touring theatre companies.
