Jennifer Wu

Jennifer Wu is a Principal at First Spark Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Deep Tech startups that aim to create breakthrough technologies. Wu earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2005. At First Spark Ventures, she primarily invests in early-stage companies, with an investment range of $100,000 to $5 million, and her sweet spot being around $1.5 million. Her investment focus includes sectors such as diagnostics, therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, particularly at the pre-seed and seed stages.234
