Jennifer Wittenberg, CPA, is a determined finance and accounting professional with over five years of expertise in financial statement audits for various clients, including public banks, captive finance companies, and private equity firms.

In her role as an Audit Manager, Jennifer has directly interacted with clients on financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley 404 control testing procedures, encompassing public and private reporting, SEC filings, SEC registrations, and benefit plan reporting.
