Jennifer Smith is the CEO and co-founder of Scribe, a company that automates the creation of step-by-step guides and documentation for any process or workflow.123 Prior to starting Scribe, she held various positions at Greylock Partners, Coatue Management, and McKinsey & Company, focusing on business development, investments, and consulting.3

Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics and Finance from Princeton University.13 She met her co-founder Aaron while they were both exploring the idea of starting a company to solve the problem of knowledge sharing and documentation.2

Scribe has grown to millions of users with enterprise customers like Gong, LinkedIn, and Shopify.2 The company recently raised a Series B round and is focused on scaling the team and product to make it as easy as possible for anyone to share how they work.24
