Jennifer Sievertsen

Jennifer Sievertsen is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ramsey Solutions, a Dave Ramsey company, with over 10 years of experience in the position. Sievertsen's journey began with aspirations to be an attorney and spent a few years working as a paralegal at a law firm and later at Motorola, where she found her true passion for strategy and marketing. She went on to enroll in Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management for an MBA in Marketing and Strategy with an all-expense-paid opportunity from Motorola. She later worked at La-Z-Boy as their Director of Brand Marketing, where she was quickly promoted to VP.

She credits her interest in finance and The Dave Ramsey show's impact that encouraged her to take on a position at Ramsey Solutions. Sievertsen joined Ramsey Solutions in 2011 as the Executive Director of Web Marketing, where she was promoted to CMO ten months later. Sievertsen's leadership style and exceptional team have created the best marketing organization at Ramsey Solutions. She is also an operating board member at Ramsey solutions.
