Jennifer Ruwart is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with an impressive and varied background. With experience spanning several continents, multiple industries, and nearly three decades, Jennifer brings a unique perspective and set of skills to her work.

Jennifer is the founder and CEO of Roger That Agency, a company that helps clients develop and showcase their brands and online presence. She has worked with clients of all sizes, from small startups to Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. Jennifer is committed to creating websites and brands that are both effective and enjoyable, and she has a talent for making complex processes seem simple.

Jennifer studied psychology at the University of Kansas and then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in International Business at Schiller International University. Following her studies, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia, where she learned the importance of leading with heart and aligning values and mission in everything she does.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held a variety of leadership roles in both the nonprofit and private sectors. She has served as the Founder and Executive Director of Moyo Jasiri, Global Business Development Director at Global Press Institute, Global Programs Director at World Pulse, Community Involvement Director at Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest, and Director of Development at The Arc of Multnomah County. In each of these roles, Jennifer has honed her skills in leadership, project management, and strategic planning.

Giving back is an essential part of Jennifer's ethos, and she is proud of her contributions to Oregon MESA, a STEM-focused nonprofit serving underrepresented youth. Jennifer has also provided $120,000 in pro bono support to Roger That's nonprofit partners over the past five years and served as a former board member for the Friends of the Oregon Commission for Women.

In her free time, Jennifer is an avid swimmer and backpacker, and she loves exploring new wilderness areas.
