Jennifer Raley

Jennifer Raley is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in operations, business development, customer experience, client services, health care solutions, and consulting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and Dual Masters in Public Administration and Gerontology from the University of Southern California. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Operations at Apex Leaders, where she previously held the position of Business Development Director and Vice President of Customer Experience. Her prior roles include Director of Client Services at Truven Health Analytics, Health Care Solutions Manager at WhiteCloud Analytics, and Consulting Manager at The Permanente Medical Group.
