Jennifer Obiaya
Jennifer (Jenny) Obiaya is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula (BGCP) in Menlo Park, California.12 She was initially promoted to co-CEO in October 2021, partnering with Peter Fortenbaugh.1 Prior to her current role, Obiaya served as BGCP's Chief Program Officer starting in August 2020.1

Recently, Jenny Obiaya was named to Silicon Valley Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list in 2024, recognizing her as one of the region's best and brightest young professionals and emerging leaders.3 Under her leadership, BGCP completed a merger with other Boys & Girls Clubs networks in San Mateo County, expanding from 16 sites across three school districts to 29 sites across eight districts, serving more than 5,400 K-12 students.3
