Jennifer McHenry is a seasoned professional in workplace law and litigation, with a strong commitment to integrity and excellence. She is the Founding Partner at Mathers McHenry & Co., specializing in advising senior executives and employers on employment law matters.

McHenry's expertise includes providing counsel on the employee/employer relationship, such as offers of employment, human rights obligations, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, termination of employment, and post-employment obligations. Her litigation practice covers a broad spectrum of employment and workplace-related disputes, including wrongful dismissal, human rights violations, breach of contract, and partnership disputes.

Apart from her legal practice, McHenry offers investigation and mediation services for workplace conflicts and issues.
