Jennifer Mandelbaum, MPH, is a seasoned professional in the public health sector with a rich educational background and extensive experience in research, program evaluation, and community engagement. She holds a BA in Health, Sociology, and Women's and Gender Studies from Brandeis University, an MPH with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Yale School of Public Health, and pursued a PhD in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior at the University of South Carolina-Columbia.

Jennifer has been actively involved in various organizations, notably serving as a Special Projects Evaluator in the Division of Diabetes and Heart Disease Management at the S.C. Department of Health & Environmental Control. Prior to this, she held roles such as Program Evaluator, Graduate Assistant, and Junior Scholar in the same division. Her dedication to public health is evident through her roles as a Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Intern at institutions like the University of South Carolina, American Heart Association, Community Alliance for Research and Engagement, and Yale Global Health Leadership Institute.

In addition to her academic pursuits and professional roles, Jennifer has also embraced international experiences, having studied at the University of Cape Town through CIEE.
