Jennifer's expertise lies at the intersection of design, engineering, and business, allowing her to innovate in diverse sectors such as Healthcare, EdTech, Financial, and Consumer industries.

With a Master of Science in Integrated Design Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, Jennifer has a solid academic foundation to support her professional endeavors.

Jennifer has been involved in various roles across prestigious organizations, including serving as a Design Specialist in the Teaching Team at Harvard Divinity School and as a Research Intern at MIT Media Lab - PlusMinus.

Additionally, Jennifer has contributed to the academic environment as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at MIT Sloan School of Management and as a UX Mentor at MIT Media Lab.
