Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and an AA Equiv. in Graphic Design from Sessions College. She has also earned an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology and Technical Drafting from Aiken Technical College.
Jennifer is a multi-talented individual with experience in digital marketing, communications, technical writing, graphic design, and CAD designing. She has served as Creative Coordinator and Multi-Media Designer at Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc., Digital Content Manager at Lever Gear, and Communications Specialist at GE Power, where she used business storytelling, videos, infographics, and written content to celebrate the people behind their creations and their products. Jennifer has also run her own business, JenKPhotography.com, as an Industrial Photo-journalist, and worked as a Senior CAD Designer for various engineering firms.
Jennifer's core mission is to make people seen and bring attention to important work stories. She enjoys working collaboratively with business leaders and designers to create strategic, engaging communications that speak to the target audience and sell products. She is also passionate about the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling. Jennifer's preferred style is journalistic and humanistic, and she loves working with clients who build systems or things that help sustain the planet or make life more joyful.
