Jennifer Janco is a dedicated and experienced leader with a proven track record in designing and delivering live and virtual education for claims and sales departments.

She is a passionate people leader who focuses on building talent, coaching, mentoring, and motivating individuals to leverage their strengths for success.

Jennifer has a working knowledge of various systems and products including Allstate Life & Retirement products, Allstate Business Insurance Products, NextGen, Knowledge Management, eAgent, Alliance, Mitchel Decision Point, Advisor Pro, Colossus, and CCC systems.

She holds a Master of Science in Education, Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management, and Associate degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hopkinsville Community College.

Jennifer has experience working in various roles such as Scrum Master, Senior Sales Education Consultant, Claim Service Leader, Sales Analytics Consultant, Quality and Compliance Analyst, and Insurance Regulatory Consultant at companies like Allstate and Markel.

In addition to her corporate roles, Jennifer has also served as a Yoga Instructor at YMCA, an Instructor at LA Fitness for Yoga, Hip Hop, and Zumba, and has professional experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Phlebotomist, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
