Jennifer Hegener is the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Commercial team at CAI, where she oversees the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
She leads a team of 7 recruiters and collaborates with sales and delivery leadership to support hiring initiatives within ServiceNow and Cybersecurity practices.
Jennifer is actively engaged in CAI's DEI program, serving as a mentor in the Women of CAI (WCAI), participating in TechABILITY, and ConVERG employee resource groups.
She is involved in global talent initiatives in India and the Philippines, focusing on supporting CAI's sales and delivery teams.
Outside of work, Jennifer volunteers for various organizations like Lasagna Love, Jefferson Park Sunday Market, and St. Patrick High School Mothers' Club.
Jennifer holds an A.B. in English from Albion College, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Virginia, and has studied at the University of Stirling and Traverse City Central High School.
