Partnered with research and technical teams to design and implement Walker's custom software, SmartLoyalty(R). Worked with clients to provide a software package aligned with their total Customer Loyalty Management solution. Assisted developers through the implementation process and testing phase. Developed and implemented system roll-out and training, often to accommodate several different user groups. Conducted company-wide trainings on new tools and system functionality. Provided one-on-one training sessions for associates from all areas of the company, including the CEO. Participated in quality assessment checks of the tool.
