She holds a BA in Mass Media Communication & Sociology from California State University-Long Beach and has pursued additional education in Agile Product Management, Mobile Development in iOS/Swift, Dance Studies, and Theater Arts.

Jennifer is a certified Agile team facilitator, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and agile scaling within teams.
