Having served in executive roles at various organizations, Jennifer's career highlights include Executive Director positions at Connolly Ranch Education Center and the Conrad Foundation. At the Conrad Foundation, she oversaw programs like the Spirit of Innovation Challenge and managed budgets, events, strategic planning, and fundraising to foster growth and development.

Jennifer has dedicated her skills to supporting non-profit organizations in San Francisco, California, and has experience in developing educational programs internationally. She spent time at St. Eustatius National Parks in the Netherlands Antilles, focusing on curriculum development, supervising volunteer groups, and promoting STEM education and sustainability.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Her work experience includes roles such as School Finance Manager at EdOps, Chief Financial Officer, Associate Head of School for Finance and Institutional Advancement, and Director of Institutional Advancement & Finance at Blue Oak School, among others.
