Jennifer Egmont
Jennifer Egmont is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in public policy analysis, project management, event planning, and proposal and grant writing. Her background includes engaging with leaders in nonprofit, public, and private sectors to develop actionable strategies for addressing complex public policy challenges. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Camden, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington. She has held key leadership roles at organizations such as United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, where she served as the Lead for Strategic Initiatives and previously as a Partner for Case Making & Public Policy. Prior to this, she contributed significantly as the Director of GPLEX and Projects, Director of Initiatives and Knowledge Management, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia and Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs - Rutgers University.
