Jennifer Dulski

Jennifer Dulski is a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership, having held key positions at major tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Yahoo!. She is currently the CEO and founder of Rising Team, a SaaS company focused on enhancing team productivity and engagement.

At Facebook, Jennifer led the Groups division, overseeing the product used by billions monthly to foster meaningful communities. She also played a pivotal role in the 2019 redesign of Facebook to emphasize community-centric features.

Prior to her time at Facebook, she served as the president & COO of Change.org, where she spearheaded a significant growth phase for the platform, expanding its user base tenfold and establishing a sustainable business model.

Jennifer's career began at Yahoo!, where she occupied several roles before becoming the group VP & GM of Local and Marketplaces. She later co-founded The Dealmap, an app acquired by Google, making her the first female entrepreneur to sell a company to the tech giant.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Jennifer is also an author, lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a board member at various public and nonprofit organizations like WW and the Change.org Foundation.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University and has been actively involved in advocating for social change throughout her career.
